Applicants with experience in customer service roles, contact centre roles, computer data entry processing, accounts and or invoice processing skills or willingness to learn.

Applicants should have:
- 3-5 years of experience in accounts processing / bookkeeping / admin
- Understanding of accounting and budgeting concepts is essential
- Process Driven with attention to detail
- Excellent English Communication Skills (both written and oral)
- Administration skills or experience
- Team orientated and collaboratively
- Strong computer skills
- Intermediate level Microsoft Office suite skills Word, Excel & Outlook
- Knowledge of NDIS and disability sector highly advantageous
Day to day you will be required to provide quality client-centered service and ensure invoices are process in line with company standards.
- Accurate data entry of invoices from clients and any discrepancies are to be corrected
- Processing a high volume of invoices
- Support service providers to present invoices in line with our standards
- Consider the client's needs and ensure resolution of problems
- Ability to work autonomously and using initiative within organizational policies and procedures
