The Role

• Onboard new clients and understand their requirements.
• Build and nurture client relationships as their trusted advisor.
• Proactively communicate with clients, addressing their needs and challenges.
• Resolve client concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
• Monitor service performance, track metrics, and provide optimization recommendations.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations.
• Advocate for clients, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
• Manage contract renewals and negotiations.
• Ensure high client retention through value delivery and long-term partnerships.
• Reach out to leads and be able to sell the services.

The Requirements

• Reliable and dependable
• Proven experience in client success or account management roles.
• Must have a proven background in sales.
• Proficient in Spoken and written English and good communication skills
• Adaptable with good critical thinking skills
• Some experience in marketing and social media management
• CRM experience preferably Go High Level
• Can work on any time zone in the US. (those with nightshift experience preferrred)
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays if needed
• Resourceful and can work with little direction
• We are always looking for a long term relationship; this is not project base or have an end date (as long as you are performing)

Pay: Php30000-Php34000 per month

Yearly bonus and Holiday bonus
