Assistant Store Manager


 

To maintain excellent customer service provided by Sales Team, Maintenance and Security and to ensure coordination among different departments so that there is smooth work operations. To oversee facility maintenance.

  • Coordinate efforts of sales team to reach net move in target set by the management.
  • Maintain excellent customer service:

  • Model professional, courteous relationships with existing and prospective customers, and company staff.
  • Address issues and concerns of customers and communicates this with management and involved employees
  • Supervise training of new Sales members
  • Model proper filing of storer documents such as invoice, move out, and inquiry forms
  • Ensure coordination among different departments:
  • Daily huddle with the site team and weekly huddle at Head office
  • Daily review of security and maintenance logbooks.
  • Communicate marketing promo and activities to the site staff.
  • Weekly reporting to management of net move and wait list via What’sApp.
  • Oversee facility maintenance
  • Daily surveillance of property to ensure protection of customers’ stored possessions
  • Keep property clean and in good repair at all times.
  • Monitor and record maintenance of aircon service unit.
  • Communicate concerns immediately to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php26,000.00 - Php33,000.00 per month
