NIC's Gourmet Desserts, Inc., is into production and distribution of cakes, breads and pastries to leading supermarkets and coffee shops in Metro Manila. It has a branch of restaurant located at Park Terraces, Makati.
Job Summary:
This position shall oversee the daily operations of food processing and ensure that production meets health, sanitation and quality standards set by the company, food industry and government agencies. It is also responsible for coordinating shifts, arranging schedules and monitoring employee and payroll.
- Prepare production reports, individual output and production efficiency of all staff and implement corrective actions for low performing operators
- Update and monitor production plan and ensure compliance of the production department

Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/college Degree in Industrial Engineering/Food Technology
- At least 1 to 2 years experience in the related field
- Excellent organizational, communication, problem solving and analytical skills along with an ability to lead the team in the company
- Attention to detail to ensure high levels of quality
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
