Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the resolution of employee relations issues which may include but are not limited to the handling of disciplinary action and grievance concerns.
2. Analyzes data reports to identify and determine causes of employee problems and develop recommendations for the development and improvement of HR policies, procedures and processes while ensuring that all employees are up to date.
3. Assist the HR Manager in implementing labor policies and procedures.
4. Conducts investigation on all matters related to work-place accidents. Provide initial review and recommendation of incident reports.
5. Schedule all administrative hearings.
6. Draft and issuance of all HR memorandums (NTE, Case Summary, Notice of Decision).
7. Ensure employee discipline, labor cases, issues & concerns of employees are settled in accordance to Labor laws and Company Policies and Procedures for the whole organization.
8. Assist in performance management processes
9. Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
10. Assist in the documentation of all HR and Company Policies and ensure their implementation and monitoring.
11. Provides effective employee relations and communication services.
12. Prepares business correspondences, reports, presentations, and manages the schedule of the Head of Human Resources.
13. Records minutes of the meetings, records of actions coming from the Head of Human Resources meetings.
14. Maintains confidential record and files pertaining to the meetings and entire Human Resources matters.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
