THE WORK:
Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project or entity (fulfill either functional, technical, testing, consulting or training requirements).

- Actively participate and ensure all system, data and reporting requirements are documented in appropriate templates and tools
- Facilitate and support meetings with the client to document and confirm functional/data/reporting requirements.
- Support delivery team on business and/or technical requirements.
- Quick to learn and apply new skills related to support functional, technical or revenue cycle -related requirements of client as needed
- Support to deliver team goals by proactively engaging in meetings, owning tasks, and adapting new skills to support project growth
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Hospital Administration/Patient Record Software End-User
- RN, MD, Allied Medical Professional, or IT/Computer Science Degree Holder
- Has minimum of one year experience in any of the following:
o 1 yr + experience with EHR/EMR – (Electronic Health Record/Electronic Medical Record) or
o 2 yr + Application Support/ Software development/ IT Project Administration/ Project Life cycle
o 1 yrs + Hospital /Medical billing/ Revenue Support Role
o 1 year + Experience/exposure in either Design, development, and configuration of software systems to meet client requirements (either end-to-end from analysis or design, implementation, quality assurance including testing, delivery or maintenance of the software product or system or for a specific phase of the lifecycle)
- Strong team player with proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment and team leadership skills
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Good oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- USRN
- At least one year of experience managing/leading project(s)
- Experience in other Oracle project implementation is a plus
- 1 yr + Experience working for Health/Medical Software as Application Support/Software developer/Project Administration Support
- Experience in Business Analysis /Client interface and consultation
- 1 yr + Experience/exposure in the Design, develop, and configure software systems to meet market and/or client requirements either end-to-end from analysis, design, implementation, quality assurance including testing, to delivery and maintenance of the software product or system or for a specific phase of the lifecycle
- 2 yrs+ Experience in various aspects of Oracle Application implementation
