- Assists pattern maker for the details of specifications in creating pattern for first sample
- Relay clients comments to pattern maker for the adjustment of patterns for the next round of samples
- Inform client's designer Team for any discrepancies against specifications and actual fit or measurement for them to give suggestions and provide clarifications
- Assist cutters for the correct orientation of fabrics for cutting
- Work with designers to make sure that the design suits in production methods
- Checks and choose suitable fabrics and accessories for sample garments
- Checks and approves sample garments and makes any changes needed
- Checks the fit and quality of the final product
- Works with pattern makers for any changes made
- Advises some sewing techniques, workmanship details, and required specifications to sample makers
- Books, prepares of documents and dispatches samples thru courier service to customers
- Monitors item delivery to all items sent
- Monitors sample status, Update job tracker and Task Banana accordingly
- Coordinates with Merchandising for lacking raw materials and accessories needed
- Conduct pre-production meeting
- Other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor

- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
