The Biosecurity Supervisor’s primary role is to ensure that the biosecurity measures of prefabricated modules is not compromised while being manufactured, processed or stored at the various AG&P facilities until project loadout and Delivery. Through effective leadership and oversight of biosecurity inspections, they are responsible for ensuring the delivery of the quality products and services meets customer requirements, and that inspection and documentation requirements per project are identified, implemented, and continually improved.
A Biosecurity Supervisor is expected to always be observant and aware of their surroundings when assessing a potential biosecurity risk. They possess excellent attention to detail crucial in conducting biosecurity investigations.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Engineering).
Minimum Experience:
At least eight (8) years of direct experience in biosecurity supervision, preservation,
management and control.
Good written and oral skills in English
Familiar with Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry quarantine protocols is an added advantage.
