Job Summary: We are seeking a Service Desk Representative to join our team and provide exceptional technical support to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing technical assistance, and resolving issues through phone, email, and chat support. As a Service Desk Representative, you will work onsite and be expected to provide outstanding customer service to our clients located in Alabang and BGC sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and technical issues through phone, email, and chat support
- Escalating issues to the appropriate technical support teams for resolution
- Providing accurate and timely updates to customers on the status of their technical issues
Qualifications:
- At least 18 months of experience in a Service Desk role
- Completed at least 1 year in college
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work onsite in either Alabang or BGC
Hiring Process: Virtual (Zoom, Phone Interview, or Skype) or Onsite
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php28,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
