Job Summary

The Industrial and Occupational Health Admin Staff is responsible for the overall admin personnel of IOH Clinic Team. He/she shall assist IOH – AD / IOH OIC in accepting inquiries, setting consult schedules, coordinating with FMAB Doctors, generating consult census, consolidating concerns of QHN Health now. The staff facilitates using technology to serve patients who require a specialist in a distant community. Establishing and updating Healthway QualiMed Manila’s portfolio along with each Company Profile. He/she provide weekly summary reports as a result of clinics’ actual census and revenues.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

Accounts Management

1. Admin Tasks – Constantly updates the Accounts Portfolio Info-sheets of Corp. Accounts

a.1 Name of Company

a.3 Contact Persons of the company:

a.3.1 Point of Contact (POC) with designation, email address, and contact number.

a.3.2 Name of HR Manager/Head, email address, and contact number.

a.3.3 Name of Finance Manager/Head, email address, and contact number.

a.3.4 Name of Operations Manager/head, email address and contact number.

a.3.5 Name of Executive Secretary of the President, email address, and contact number

a.3.6 Name of President, email address, and contact number

a.4 Plan details availed

a.5 Contract Period

a.6 Signatory of the company

a.7 Signatory of the company

a.8 Payment terms

a.9 Billing Instruction

2. Collect the legal documents we require from companies. Make a check list until each once completes.

a. SEC Registration and Articles of Board Resolutions

b. Secretary Certificate reflecting the Authorized Signatory

c. 3 ID of Authorized Signatory

d. 4 Financial Statement

e. PEZA Certificate if TAX exempt

3. Corporate Accounts renewal of Health Services of QualiMed – Does a thorough follow through of existing corp clients by calling or email on pending signatures of renewal proposals.

4. Assists IOH, Sales, and Marketing in routing of documents until signed (strict follow-through with the signatories).

5. Assists IOH, Sales, and Marketing in preparation of Proposal to prospective corp clients while they are on sales calls or events.

Healthnow Admin Functions

  • He/she is responsible in monitoring the schedules of doctors for chat, audio and video consults of all SBUs weekly.
  • He/she is responsible to coordinates with IOH ADs to ensure proper manning and training of new post – care doctors to Healthnow consults weekly.
  • Gathering issues and concerns from all SBUs and coordinates with Healthnow POC to address it and relay it to the concerned doctors for troubleshooting.
  • Responsible in cascading updates or announcements related to Healthnow activities or AVIP related concerns.
  • Responsible in reporting the census of all consults of SBUs.

TelecheQ functions

  • Send and receive Telecheq facebook inquiries
  • Assist patients in scheduling appointments with doctors
  • Schedule appointments and answer patient inquiries,
  • Help patients learn how to use the online application platforms used by doctors (e.g., Vsee App Consulta MD, Serious MD, etc.)
  • Sends proof of payment of patient’s PF to the doctors via viber.
  • Sending of daily census report

Qualifications

  • At least One (1) year experience as customer care gained from a services oriented industry is an advantage.
  • Experience in Hospital/healthcare industry is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills, computer literate/ savvy.
  • Graduate of 4 years degree course.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
