Job Summary:

The Benefits and Employee Services Associate is responsible for implementing and ensuring effectiveness of activities and initiatives of the following:

Benefits Administration

  • Implementation of centralized human resource services covering benefits – both company and statutory – for all employees and retirees
  • Case management related to employee benefits claims
  • Contract management
  • Administration of financial and welfare benefits for all employees and retirees
  • Administration of One Meralco HR Hub for benefits administration
  • Provision of support to employee-related tools and services
  • Support to implementation of HR-enabling technologies
  • Support to process management of the HR Operations plans and programs

Employee Services

  • Food services
  • ID administration
  • Perks administration for managerial and executive employees
  • Case management related to employee benefits claims
  • Management of HR Service Desk for HR-related concerns
  • Provision of frontline services
  • Provision of support to employee-related tools and services
  • Support to process management

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Information Technology and other related courses
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Excellent business communication skills
  • Willing to work onsite (Ortigas, Pasig City)
