We are currently seeking a talented Billing Analyst to join our team. As a Billing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient billing projects. If you have a strong background in Excel, including experience with formulas, formatting, and problem-solving, along with exceptional attention to detail, this position is perfect for you.
Responsibilities:
- Review billing data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
- Maintain billing records and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any billing-related inquiries or issues.
- Utilize Excel and other tools to create and maintain reports for billing analysis.
- Creating and maintaining customer accounts with any changes or additions
- Issuing credits to accounts
- Issuing and recording refunds
Requirements:
- Previous experience in billing or a related field is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced knowledge of formulas, formatting, and data manipulation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve billing discrepancies effectively.
- Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all billing-related tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and address customer inquiries professionally.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Must have access to a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Must have a computer with the latest model (preferably Core i3 or higher) and at least 8GB RAM.
- Must be available for scheduled and ad-hoc calls, meetings, and chats during regular weekday working hours.
- Must have a quiet workspace that is free from noise and distractions.
- Must have a quiet work environment suitable for video meetings and calls.
- Must have a noise-canceling headset that provides good audio quality for clear communication.
